Well-located in the city, basic standards in term of amenities meet my expectations, lots of parking spots nearby, aircond functioning and controllable (yes, this is important to me), hot/cold water easy to adjust (kinda wish the shower pressure a bit stronger). Pretty close to Sunway Carnival Mall

Room is clean and comfortable. Location near to mall and other facilities. Restaurant is just next door. Iron is provided in the room dan this hotel have an elevator.

Room are clean, aircond cool, toilet good have water heater. Iron board, iron, kettle and mini fridge are provided in the room. Location is very strategic and have parking lot. Overall good and will repeat soon.

Receiptionists friendly and promptly reply any request. Able to extend few hours for late check-out with very reasonable price if no booking done by others on day of chek-out.

Helpful staff, and comfortable family room for 3. Near and walking distance to other facilities i.e. sunway carnival mall, and other shop lots with eateries, banks, etc.

Staff were friendly. Our room was upgraded, and, it was better and bigger than what I expected. Aircon works well. Water pressure is good, with hot shower.
